That's a loose lay vinyl designed for garages and commercial use... thicker and more durable than regular vinyl flooring, resistant to oil and other garage chemicals... best of all - waterproof - so winter time washes are totally doable. You won't get the longevity that you would with true epoxy, but for about a grand for a two car garage, expecting that to last about 5-10 years, I'm happy with it for sure.
