valve guides

I'm going to need to get new valve stem seals soon and was wondering how the sho motors are on the valve guides.? Do they last a long time ? Do i need bronze guides? If I do need new guides anyone have an estimate on how much a shop will charge? I got a quote for about $75 to for just the seals as I do not have the special tools. The engine has about 150k on it

Dont mess with the guides , just change the seals. These engines are not ******* guides.
