Any idea's on cleaning the tops of the valves? I'm halfway through a frontal and upper lobotomy and nothing seems to remove the 1/8 inch thick deposits on top of the valves. Also, my EGR valve and the passage in the manifold are almost completely solid with carbon deposits, can this be cleaned? 94 ATX Green/tan 121K w/crank cancer ect. ect...

Here is the procedure you can follow to clean those valves:

With the intake off (of course) and the plugs out, turn the motor over with your ratchet untill the valves you want to clean are closed. spray the berrymans liberally into that passage and let it soak a bit and then wipe up the excess the best you can with a rag at the end of a screwdriver. repeat untill the crud is gone.

Careful you dont have berrymans leak past an open valve and into the cylinder as you can wash the crud into the combustion chamber or potentially fill up a cylinder with berrymans.

I would also be careful using an old toothbrush way down into the valves as the berrymans will eat up plastic very easily. You could find yourself with toothbrush pieces in your cylinders.
