Valve Adjustment, Gaskets?

I have a 94 3.2 that needs a valve adjustment. I have a friend who has the tools and shims, but I need a decent source for gaskets. FelPro lists gaskets for the 3.0L, but they do not list anything for the 3.2. Will the gaskets for the 3.0 work on my 3.2? Otherwise, where can I get the best value on gaskets?

Same valve cover and plug well seals for both SHO V6s. The best source for the Fel-Pro VS50378R set that includes the two valve cover gaskets and the six plug well seals is AutoZone.com for $71.99. You may find this set for a '91 SHO, but it is not listed for some of the later year SHOs.
