I am not sure if that course is just confusing or if you are still learning the ins and outs of autoX but you seemed a bit lost on that track. You need to be looking at least 2 turns ahead at all times because if you are just looking at the turn that is coming up you will not set yourself up for the next turn properly. Just a friendly tip.
When I raced my ATX SHO I actually turned faster times by locking it in first gear rather than letting it shift + it increases your braking power but also using your engine to slow you down. You will likely find yourself bumping the rev limiter from time to time but it usually ends up being faster because you don't loose the time it takes to complete the 1-2 shift and the 2-1 shift. + IF you are still new to autoX less speed will actually make you a lot faster as you learn how to read the cones and how your car handles.
Once you get the hang of it you will find that you may have traction problems leaving corners spinning the front inside tire. disconnecting the front swaybar will help drastically with this but beware depending you what rear bar you have it may have some snap oversteer tenancies, which may result in you point in the wrong direction on a course.
edit: it sure is a fun way to spend a morning isn't!!!
