V8 Cam issues

I am in the process of organizing a legal case file for the support of SHO owners like myself who have been or might be affected by this cam issue. I plan an making the file available to all SHO communities as well as forwarding a copies to Ford, Blue Oval News, and the NTSB.

I have already documented all materials available on the SHO sites. Hopefully if you could mention to other members this is forthcomming that would be great!

I own a 98 White SHO and am reaching torward 50k so I'm getting quite concerned this could happen to me so I'm throwing my time and effort into gatering this info into a legal case documentation file for all.

As noted perviously on several different sites the info I am looking for includes the following:

Year of your SHO
VIN number of your SHO
Date of failure
Mileage at failure
Which cam(s) failed
What was done about it
Where the repair was done
service person or managers name
estimated repair cost
Have you had a recurrence of the problem
misc notes or info
