Ultragauge trans temp

Good morning everyone I did a search but couldn’t find anything about this. I have an ultragauge for my 2016 sho. I got the mix model which is supposed to read everything but it says “err” for trans temp. Does anyone know the setup to make this work? I know you have to set up the mgauge sometimes but I don’t know where to gets the info. Thanks in advance for any help.

The first place would be the manufacturer's support team. It's probably a different PID.

I was on there. And and they recommended vehicle specific forums LOL!! I thought it strange but what can ya do right.

Did you actually call them? Because I would consider that a warranty thing if it can't read the tranny temp

Maybe someone here will know what PID that information is.
