Based on the description given in the auction above, I would have to assume that the guy is selling a base TwEECer unit (non-datalogging model), which typically retails for $380 at places like Midwest SHO. That being the case, you'd be getting a good deal if the auction goes for it's current asking price.

In answer to your question, though, any TwEECer will work on your SHO. ;)

Depends on how **** you want to get about your tune. If you're looking to squeeze as much power as possible out of your SHO, then it will be hard(er) to accomplish that task without the aid of a datalogging RT model. Not saying that it's impossible to "get close" with the base model, only that it'll be quite a bit harder/more work without the aid of some additional tuning helpers (a wideband O2 for your fuel monitoring, an RT for datalogging feedback from your EEC, etc).
