This has happened to me in the past, my turn signals will quit working altogether, but usually they start working soon afterwards. All I get is my corner lamp, but the turn signals and indicator lights for the turn signals are not lighting. I've done some searching and some say replace the multi function switch, others say the flasher. Is there any way to tell which one it might be before I just go replacing them both?

I've found that occasionally my key (ignition) doesn't fully return to "RUN" from "START". When this happens, neither the Climate Control nor the signals work.

Thats interesting, because both my signals and blower seem to quit working at the same time. I'll try that next time.

my brake lights and signals stopped working, it made me mad, so i started pulling fuses(none were blown), and replacing, and all of a sudden they worked again...

Yeah, my 89 just did that to me this spring.

I replaced the switch with a unit from O'Reilley's for about $20. The real fun part was getting that stupid rack gear for the push-button interlok realigned. Next time I will know to pull back in the button to keep it from moving while the switch is replaced.
