TurboSmart Wastegates

Who here has installed the TurboSmart wastegates? My turbos are maxed and hoping to be able to extend the ceiling a little bit with these before I have to dump $2000+ on turbos.

What's the best plan of attack to install these? Goal is to get it completed in as quick of time as I can, but man that space is limited. Will be doing on jackstands with the passenger wheel removed.

Suggestions?

I haven't swapped them in the vehicle, but I do have some pictures with the engine out, that may help.

The front one is pretty straight forward after you remove the heat shield.
The rear, remove the strut tower brace, get the cac tubes out of the way, remove the engine lift eyelet. A hook pick and a 10mm flex head ratchet wrench will be your friend when removing the actuators. Carful not to lose the Wastegate hinge clip. Good luck

Does everyone realize that putting them on the stock turbos is kind of a waste? The turbos are just flat out of air in the stock configuration. You can go way overspeed with stock actuators, adding stiffer actuators does no good...
