So, from what I gather, the oil pressure sender is 1/2 NPT. Typically a Garrett T3 or T4 has a 1/8 NPT oil supply fitting. My particular Garrett has a the same pitch as the sending unit(1/2" NPT). My problem is that I can only find 1/8 or -4 AN oil supply lines, tees and adapters(NPT-AN). I can find a reducer and go from 1/2 NPT-3/8 NPT-1/4 NPT-1/8 NPT but that would get pricey and cluster-ey. So, what have some of you other guys done(aside from remote filter)? Should I just go to Home Depot?

What you talkin about boy? The oil sending unit is 1/8" NPT also. Just "T" it and run a -4 line to the turbo. A -8 or -10 drain back to above the oil level in the pan and your good to go. Come on over and check out The Other Woman's turbo oil feed. It's simple.

I'm guessing you're just not familiar with pipe thread sizes. They are not the listed size in inches. A 1/2NPT fitting is almost 13/16". The oil sender and most turbo inlets are 1/8NPT (as Tom stated). An 1/8NPT fitting is about 1/2" or so in diameter.

Here's what 1/8 looks like according to atpturbo.com. Note the thread diameter in reference to the holes for the m8 x 1.25 bolts.

Heres my turbo. Note the thread diameter next to the tapped m8 x 1.25 holes.
This thread diameter/pitch is the same as my sending unit(approx 1/2" in center of taper). I'm only assuming the fractional designations for NPT is thread OD.

My oil supply hole seems about twice as big. I don't know, I guess I'll have to come over soon. I've already ordered the supply and drain lines(1/8/-4 supply and 1/2/-10). I'll call ya tomorrow;).

BTW, here are some more pics...
