Cut out the well, cut out a good one, weld. Por 15 everything else where there is no ***********.

Looks like no thru rust.
Remove all loose rust then cover with a rust converter.
Then paint to match.
Fix the trunk seal or tail lamp seals to prevent future water leaks.
Check periodically to verify condition.

Thats the trunk without the trunk seal. The rust has eaten couple of holes(if you look closely you will see that thats pavement in the middle). I don't have a welder but am looking to get one soon. Should I just wait till I have a welder or bring it in???

Oh wow, Im sorry I thought the gray patch in the middle of the rust island was a 5" hole and that the gray was the ground. Id just POR-15 it.

How long you want to keep this thing? If there are holes then I would consider finding a donor car and use a plasma cutter or something and cut and paste. If not too long then clean it up and POR 15 everything. (and seal the trunk up).

Alright well I took off the rust with a wire spool thing and painted it with tremclad, should I weld or pop rivet metal in place?
