Just wondering if the ground fx, and bumper cover from a second gen will fit a first gen

I think everything but the front bumper would just bolt up. Front bumper would require changing the front clip to get eveything to line up correctly.

the side cladding will indeed bolt up. You would need the inner re-enforcment bumper for the rear.

Jelloslug is right about the front clip though.

In order for the front fascia to bolt up, you would need the hood, fenders and header panel to make the front work.

The rea bumper on a GEN2 kicks up in teh center but could be modded easyily enough to work

Has anyone actually put a Gen II bumper on a GenI to see how It would actually look?? I have a pristine Green rear bumper on my 94 parts car that I would love to put on my 91 Plus, but don't want it to look idiotic or silly. Opinions??

I am helping my freind put a 92 front clip on his 89. The front looks...well...like a 92.

At first glance you would swear it was a GEN2.
