translate cel code 554 anyone please

I just checked codes to see if there were any. I got codes 554 and 336. I did search through 14 pages and could not find any threads on code 554. It's Fuel pressure regulator control solenoid/circuit fault. When I start the engine it idles roughly and at around 500 rpm. If I turn the key to the on position for about 10 seconds It will start up fine. What do I need to do and where is the part located if I need to change something. Thank You very much for any help in advance. Oh and it Idles rough only for no more than 1 minute or less if I rev it up a bit. I don't know about the code 336 either. I only ran the KOEO test.
