Tranny wierd issue

ATX all gears seam to move the car forward Neutral is drive i think and park is not park . It was fine in the morning went to move the car later in afternoon and no reverse.. I then noticed that the gears were messed up and could not find reverse. anyone have any ideas? Please help

sounds like the cable for the linkage slid in the shifter or slipped off or something.

Check for broken sub-frame mounts and a dropped sub-frame corner.

+1 on checking the linkage. very simple to see wen you lift the hood. right above the trans (driver side) you will see the cable. see if its secure in the bracket. Ive had had happen before.
