Ok, so here it goes. Had my tranny rebuilt about 6 months ago. 2 months after the the tranny seal blew, heated up my converter, got rebuilt again for free as i was under warrenty.
Now here is my question. before i had the tranny rebuilt, it shifted on time and perfectly, now the shifting seems weird. when really goosing it with high rpm's it shifts like it should.
When driving through the city just giving it a little gas the tranny seems to shift at wrong times, to me it is hard to explain, but if your driving normally rpms will be around 3000 then with no warning drop to 1800(i am guessing here) to shift up then jump up to shift down( im trying to explain the best i can i hope you can understand) all the while doing the same speed, flat land no change just in shifting. can anyone say this is ok? if not what would cause this? I have to april before warrenty runs out and i am about to put it away for winter, so it would be helpful to know exactly what i am looking at.
This is the only problem i have left that i cannot fix. then i can start modifying instead of maintaining, thanks alot guys
