So last night i was driving around this happened twice, i went to put it in gear after i stopped at a stop sign put it in first and it acted like the transmission didn't engage. i put it in first it def was in first then let the clutch out and gave it gas as usual and no grind nothing just rpm's. So i shut it off start it right up and all is well but it did it again later.....

Also whats with my rpm's holding at 2500 in third gear at 25 mph like i have cruise set. i can keep my feet off and role through town like this? and it surges at times when in neutral and revs to 2500 900 250 900 till i put it in gear. This is a once in a while thing?

I would check your IAB and clean your MAF for the "hunting idle" problem.
Also check that your VSS is plugged in.

As far as the clutch problem, start with adjusting the clutch cable.

WTF the transmission just went this is two in the past 6 months WTF.... i bought a used one from a guy and installed it, i was slowing down to pull into my driveway crazy vibrations coming from the front end then it wouldnt go into gear looked under it and trans fluid is leaking everywhere..........
