i'm doing a transmission service soon on my 89 SHO, whats the best oil to use? as most of you know, its a 5-speed

If you do a search, you will see that there are different opnions on the best fluid to use. IMHO, whatever works best for you.

Ditto on the Mobil One ATF. Mine was rebuilt almost 50,000 miles ago, and still works perfectly.
