TPS problems

Ok i just went and got the autozone special wells TBS today and i put it on. I did notice that my hesation is gone and it is nice and clean. The only bad thing is that it idles high though... around 1100 just a little past 1k. And the idle is rough. Do i need to reset my computer or what?? Cause other then at idle it helped out alot i think.. Please help ASAP...
