Does anyone know how to put the tpms sensors in learn mode with the push button start we have and is the later 13+ different than 10-12?

I looked at that. What a cluster ****
Thanks

You're not kidding! Wow, who's the engineer that thought up this procedure??!! Mine has the push-button start and those instructions have you push, push & hold, tap, push again the button like 30 times!! Reminds me of the old-school video games you can start at higher levels by doing, "up, down, up, up, right, down, left, right, up, down, down, up, right, left, right, up, up, A, down, B, ........" :nut:

For what it might be worth, I tried to follow those steps when I swapped on my winter set, new to me this past season. I got the TPMS triggering tool via Tire Rack. I thought I was following the steps closely, but my car never gave any honk sounds to communicate back. I hit each corner with the tool anyway, and never got any warning lites from the TPMS indicator on the dash. So maybe it worked? Same steps and result when I put the OE rims/tires back on. But yes, what a convoluted procedure.

Old thread but just had issues with this in my 2011 SHO after tire rotation. Service team (not Ford but reliable and trusted!) couldn't get it to clear the fault. Trying different things myself and discovered the on-off-repeat doesn't work on mine. On (but not running) and 5x stab the hazard button put it in training mode. Let the pressure down on each tire (about 29 psi), and got the confirming beep, with the double beep when the driver's rear tire went low enough. So that part works. But the fault and flashing overhead lights are still there. I'll try to clear the code myself, otherwise we'll visit the local Ford dealer next week. I will follow up on this posting.
