Touch screen locks up after reversing

I have had a problem with the touch screen locking up with part of the phone controls screen on the center display since week 2 of ownership from new. The dealer did a master reset and it didn't do it again for a week or so. then started again. I'm headed to the dealership for its 1st oil change Friday and am going to have them look into it again, just checking to see if anyone can point me in the right direction. For clarity, I put the SHO in reverse and the camera comes up without fail. I shift into any other gear and the touch screen shows the left hand 1/3 of the phone controls screen and I have to touch the lower left corner to get to audio controls then I can touch the center lower tab to get back to the "quad" display. I can not go directly from this goofy screen to the "quad" screen.

The dealer will have to deal with it. Sounds like either a bad software install or bad APIM. Both of which you can do nothing about.
