Torque Specs

Ok, I don't have a Helms....so feel free to whip me with a wet noddle.
I need the following torque specs. if anyone would be so kind:

1. Pinch Bolt knuckle to strut.
2. Front and rear strut rod nuts.
3. Strut mount bolts.
4. Swaybar body mount bolt.
5. Rear swaybar end-links.
6. Strut nut.
