So I picked up my 2010 Taurus SHO about 2 months ago. Loving the car (traded in a 2011 Mustang v6 for it). I was bored and ran torque pro obd and did a few tests. It shows 279 hp and 280 torque (at the wheels) and my quickest 0-60 showed 5.8 seconds using auto and brake boosting. My car is 100% stock. Anyone else ran this test on torque pro?

I know a few people have reported results on another forum. Seems that the consensus is that Torque is a bit conservative on the acceleration times. Either that or the timing starts a bit too soon because when you brake boost, you might creep a little and begin the timing unintentionally.

Most magazine road tests report 0-60 in the 5.2-5.4 range for a stock SHO so you are in the ballpark but maybe a tad off. Are you running premium fuel - highest octane you can get? If not, you are not getting max power from your SHO.
