I don't know, with all of that, it is quite possible, no doubt! :thumb:

I ran mid 9's with less than you and have a 9.2 somewhere in there, and that was all with CAI and no interior, slips still around.

Your run would've came out to probably have been anywhere from 13.8-14.0 in the quarter.

I know...that's why I wasn't too sure about it and made a point to let everyone know that I think the timing equipment was ***** that night.

Though the track was sticky enough to peel the sole off your shoe if you weren't careful...something about georgia daytime heat and a hairy buttload of VHT is a wonderful thing.

92-93 were Royal blue (dark metallic with that purple color shift that you describe). 94-95 were the moonlight blue which is a much lighter color.

My car (see sig pic) is a royal blue 93 like your was. I personally prefer the 92-93 color.

hmmmmm. Thanks for the info :thumb:
I ASSUMED "royal" and "moonlight" were the same.
Why then, do a lot of sho owners refer to a "midnight" blue??

Wow! You have black interior. Thats the best color combo AND best looking sho of all 3 gen's IMHO :dribble:

hehe..Thanks. I think that some people refer to the darker blue as a midnight but the Ford color code is "royal blue".

My car orginally had a grey interior. I never liked it. After I installed a black FR500 steering wheel, I was compelled to make the rest of the interior match.

Well 9.6's put me into the 14.9 range. You're two tenths faster to the 1/8th and the V6's have a better second 1/8th than the V8's so I'd hazard a guess of somewhere between 14.2 and 14.5.

When I was running 14.5's, my 1/8th was in the 9.3 @ 74mph, or thereabouts. I think my turbo ran the 1/8th in 8.8@86mph, but this is all from my not so great recollection. I will have to look to find out for sure.

Got a crap load of mods and I can't outrun a stock SHO on the dragstrip....

Run a 14.8 on a 3.0 and then post.
I did run a 14.8 on my old 3.0 pre 3.2 swap... had 115K on her and badly needed a 60K as the plug wires were swimming in oil. Why then did I do the 3.2 swap?

It's all correct! :naughty:

From the stats above, I was spinning like crazy in first gear, let off the throttle and was still spinning. I then tried to give it throttle again, hoping it would hook, and spin spin spin! I then, completely let off the gas until the spinning completely stopped, then I hit the gas, about 10mph, and talk about wheel hop and spinning again! :oogle:

That track truly sucked!

Best was a 16.325 @ 89.26, from the timeslips I recieved. I made my last run, screwed up launch, and did a WOT upshift to 3rd! Shifted faster and smoother than an ATX. :naughty:

New surface at Texas Motorplex.

I got better traction on the street....it will take awhile for the track to be broken.

I ran 14.8 @98 on the juice (spinning for a long time in second gear.)
