I want in on this now. I ran a 14.56@99 and a 14.59@98. I have no proof of the 14.56 except a few eye witnesses. See this thread on why. http://www.shoforum.com/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=68121

Stock 3.0 except the y-pipe and flywheel.

When I had my MTX SHO (3.4L stroker V6 with plenty of mods but still running N/A) at Lapeer in the Spring of '05 there was a mix up because the track issued car #243 to my car as well as to someone else. I had to copy down the info from the other guy's time slips and only got one slip myself.

These are the three runs that I have the exact numbers for;

2.225 sec 60 ft time
14.239 sec 1/4 mile time
100.73 MPH

2.280 sec 60 ft time
14.212 sec 1/4 mile time
100.30 MPH

2.291 sec 60 ft time
14.278 sec 1/4 mile time
101.15 MPH

There was another run with a 2.23 sec 60 ft time, 14.23 sec 1/4 mile time and a 102.9 MPH, but the other guy with the #243 tossed that slip because he know it wasn't his. I got that info from the guy that I ran against. I ran against Ron Porter at least once and pulled a hole shot on Tony in the Lightening once due to the traction issues he was having. Dave from Pittsburg was driving my car in a couple of these runs as well. Hope this qualifies for the “official” list.

Posted on behalf of Deacon Blue (aka John Hrinsen). This is for his car, not mine.

Tis true, I do not come around much these days. Truth be told, I have not been online at all for some time. Too busy. I would like to give full permission to the mods of this section to edit my post to update the list as they see fit.

I updated the list, I feel kind of guilty adding myself though. I also made another column just for Tom :)

Car run as described in the sig. Easy launch and granny shifting. I guess I'll be the first one to be in an atx and mtx list with the same car.:laugh_ti:
That is, unless the conversion is considered a mod since my VIN still refers to the car as being equipt with the 3.2L engine from the factory.

N/A I assume, since we don't have a separate list for forced induction or nitrous ATXs (which would be in the 13.5x range or so for Tom Wallenhorst's nitrous ATX).

I would have hoped that somene would get an ATX to top my 14.67, as that car has been through at least two owners since it ran that, and has probably spun a cam (!!!!) by now.

Yeah my old '93 ATX with just a worked over tranny and ported intake ran 14.98 I do believe is what the time slip said when I got it from the previous owner. Car is gone now and I threw out all the documentation when I got rid of it over a year ago. Would have made the list I think.

Ron, you are forgiven since you spend very little time here, but somedude has a turbocharged ATX. I think it has already ran better than a 13.5.
