Used however is a different story, the sho can be had for 18k. My SHO was $19,500 with 45k miles fully loaded with all the bells and whistles, I couldn't find a Challenger anywhere near that price unless it was a v6

You cannot really compare used prices due to the MANY factors involved. I did a 5 second search on autotrader and found 12 R/T Challengers within 100 miles of my house (all under $20k and 75k miles). There's two of them that have less than 35k miles and are 18.5k and 19k. With that search I'll stick with my statement that the SHO isn't any cheaper.

Give me a nearby zip code to your area and I'll search that to see if I can find a V8 Challenger near the $20k and 50k mile mark.

Go for it just keep in mind that my purchase was almost a year ago and it's fully loaded .. I'm NOT interested in a car without heated and AC seats, adaptive cruise control , navigation , moon roof , 20 inch wheels , basically everything !!!! Original retail for my car was 49k ...I'm a big fan of the Challenger just cost more and doesn't compare unless its an srt8 ... and the R/T would have been ok too even though a tuned SHO is a faster car 60448 zip code

I'm sorry, stop moving the goal posts. You're statement was pretty point blank and basic, "I couldn't find a Challenger anywhere near that price unless it was a v6." That's not an I couldn't find an SRT8 fully loaded for the price of the SHO. That's a statement of any V8 Challenger is more expensive than the SHO and I proved that false. That was the only point I was making and it has been made. Do a simple search in your zip code and you can find several loaded R/T's. I'll be done with the conversation here because there's nothing more for me to add.

Lol, I'm still saying the same thing HOWEVER I never planned on anyone challenging me and since u have, I'm simply elaborating that an R/T Challenger FULLY LOADED was not available at that price when I was looking for cars a year ago. NOW I never considered a cloth interior no frills RT or stripped down SHO ...I ONLY looked for fully loaded cars SO I suppose it's possible that an R/T Challenger with low miles was available for the same price but I didn't find one ...I never said SRT8...I only mentioned it because the RT Challenger is not a very powerful car but I was ok with that because I gained v8 growl

So had to get a rental car to fix some vandalism to my doors decided to get a Challenger over the Malibu and I like the dash info and the feel of more space but the cup holders are more usable on the Taurus and more storage
