So I took my car to the stealership about a week or so ago, with these issues.

- Vibration at highway speed, that is felt through the steering wheel and the seat.
- Loose rear view mirror that rattles so much, it makes the Bluetooth unusable, since it houses the microphone.
- Transmission slips in 3rd gear, I mean the rpm's will drop from 3k to 2k upon shifting from 2-3, before it engages.
- Car feels like its all over the road when going over bumps, the car will shift to the side when going over bigger bumps. I suggested they check the shocks and struts.
- Squeaking sound coming from front passenger side suspension.

I left my car for 3 days, they called me and said nothing is covered under the CPO warranty, and they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission or the suspension. They supposedly looked over everything...
They did hear the sound coming from the front passenger side, but said they had no idea what it could me.. This made me kind of frustrated, as I thought that was their job lol...

They were nice enough not to charge me for it, although I don't see why they would, since they didn't do anything..

I found some TSB's that I think should be applied, but I want to get these things fixed. What do I do at this point?

Edit: Today, I also heard this whining noise as I was letting off the throttle. If I accelerate and let the turbos spool up, then let off the gas, I can hear a loud whining sound.. Anyone have a clue what this could be?

As for the sound you recently heard, if I goose the gas in 1st and immediately let off, I sometimes here a whistling or whining down sound if I listen closely. I chalked it up the the turbos spooling back down. I figured it might be worse with my car tuned given the increased boost.

Then I decided to quit chasing random noises :)

take it to a Lincoln dealer - they are typically way more concerned about actually fixing the client's issues than the Ford dealers.

I'm just fed up, I made an apt at the major Lincoln dealer a while back, got up at 6am to get there. Drove over there, was told they don't work on that type of car...

Are any of these dealerships close to you, marius?

Don Reid Ford might be a possibility?

Repairpal also certifies shops (tho I don't see a Ford dealer listed yet for Orlando):

I don't trust dealerrater as much, but:

I'll look into Don Reid, Greenway ford is the dealer I always go to, and they didn't fix a thing.

I have the same vibration issue. After multiple visits to the dealership and paying $750 for tie rod ends plus warranty replacement of the front axles, it still wasn't fixed. I kept telling them I suspect the rear drive shaft, because the vibration is higher frequency than the speed the wheels rotate. They tried to blame the rims/tires. I forced them to put rims/tires from another car on mine, and the vibration was still there.

They opened a case with Ford, and Ford is trying to say "that's just how these cars are, sorry." Which is BS.

On my last visit they removed the rear drive shaft and test drove it. Said the vibration "changed." They put the drive shaft back on and I picked up the car. To my surprise the vibration was 95% gone. It has now been a few weeks and the vibration has returned although it isn't as severe and seems to be intermittent.

While I had my car on a lift today I checked the rear drive shaft. The center bearing/bushing is obviously worn and sags. How could the dealership miss something so obvious?!

That's just terrible, how could they possibly not have seen that???
I am getting fed up with this car to be completely honest, I feel like I am having so many issues that it is driving me insane!
Tonight, I'm driving home, I accelerate and the car shifts into third, slips as usual then I hear a clunking noise... Like 3 distinct clunks, could've been misfires, I'm not sure, but it cut power... Just another thing to add to the list lol
