All,
Well I had a little problem with my front Tokico Struts this week.

From the photo, you can see that the top of the strut sheared off completely. Thankfully we were not on a high speed turn!!!
And these are the Tokico strut inserts.

So I called a few places and was told that these particular inserts are now discontinued. I plan to send them back for a refund since the struts are lifetime warranty and I was told by Tokico that I have to deal with my original vendor for warranty issues. So they (SHOX.COM) plan to credit my account when I recieve a refund from Tokico.
Does anyone here have detailed insructions as to how to install the Koni inserts into the Tokico strut bodies? I have found a few on the web, but nothing specific to the Taurus SHO. Photos would be great? Any specific advice on fitment. I did a search on this forum, but found a bunch of broken links. I was told by several vendors to stay away from the KYB brand so that is part of the reason for going with the Koni Inserts as well as having the Eibach lowering springs. I plan to take photos of the install for future reference and post them here.
Thanks in advance,
Michael
