anyone know if the tokico 5-way adjustable "illimina" struts are available for the SHO? Some one told me they were.

It's easier than twisting the valve like on the Koni's (which I have). He has a setup for drag racing, street, and handling.

Yea, I'm not following that logic either. If set and forget is your thing get with Koni and ask them to custom valve a shock to your spring and intended use.

Most people wouldn't know what to do with a five way adjuster anyhow. But at least if you bought them you'd want to make changes for the need at the moment.

I guess I used the wrong words. I meant that he just takes a screwdriver, clicks from position 1-5 on each strut, and then goes and does what he is going to do.

I do that with my Konis, just turn the **** to the desired setting. Full soft for normal driving, medium for spirited driving, full firm for track duty. The valving on the Koni's isn't perfect, but it's not bad either.

huh? :)

Do you run all 4 corners at the same level of stiffness? Just curious. I was running full hard awhile back. IIRC, I'm now somewhere in the medium setting.

I wish that KYB petition for AGX adjustable struts had carried some weight. We had a lot of sigs but they weren't interested in doing anything for our car.

On the street I run the same setting all around. I forget what I was running at Lime Rock. Seeing as the valving is different front to rear due to weight, and the struts were hopefully designed to be used as a set of 4, having the same settings front and rear (as far as firm or soft) should be the optimum starting point.
