to remove the crankshaft pulley or not to remove?

i was just wondering, im doing the timing belt on my 93 ford sho and i just wanted to know if i should remove the crank shaft pulley or is it easier to put the belt on with out removeing the pulley? also should i remove the power steering pulley to?

You HAVE to remove the crank pully in order to remove the lower timing cover and replace the belt. I never needed to remove the PS pully for anything.
