I love my Conti's Extreme Contact DWS06's. Smooth, quiet, great wear life, and they perform great in all weather. I have a set on both of my cars.

X2. especially if you need all seasons. If you can afford seperate sets of summer and winter tires there are stickier summer options. The softer the compound the faster the wear though.

I love my Micheline Pilots too.

I’m a continuous supporter of Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 as well. I don’t think you will find anything that works as well as the do in the summer and also **** it in snow.

Second the Conti's. The best all-seasons performance tires I found for my '17 Alfa Giulia (can't wait to get rid of the stock run-flats) are the Conti's and Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. Can't go wrong with either one though I'm not finding the Michelin's for 16" SHO wheels.

I'll be to outlier here. I have Pirelli P-Zeros and they are fantastic. No road noise, bite like ****, great tire. If you want a all season version, P-Zero Nero.

I prefer the Continental DWS06's over all, ride noise, cornering, wet traction and confident handling at all ranges.

The next down would be Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTZ as they are inexpensive, perform well, low road noise and good handling.

I've had others, but those are the only two I would recommend for the all around champs.

General Tire is another brand for Continental, just has lesser warranty, if you care about that sort of thing.

These days my preference is Bridgstone Pole Position for summers and Pirelli P-Zero winters for the rest of the year. Every time I try something else, I end up regretting it, including the Toyo's that are currently on the SHO and that I plan to get rid of shortly.

I'd have to argue against those two brands. I've owned General Tire tires and they were garbage. Road noise like no other, traction was a joke and tread lugs actually came off the tire during a SCCA even.

I have not owned Tiger Paws but I have been told by numerous people who owned them to stay away. I mean ****, just check their rating on tirerack.

Not trying to argue, but when I bought them about 5 years ago they had nothing but great reviews so I said why not? Something may have changed and just sharing my experiences. I do rely on the reviews as well.

I mean case in point I really had bad experiences with the Bridgestone Potenza's where others love them. As a matter of fact I still have them on a donor car, but wouldn't put them on any of my other cars...

Kuhmo, all Kuhmo!

I've been pretty happy with Nitto Motivo P245/45R20 103Y bsw all-season tires. They're reasonably priced for what they are, ride smooth, and warrantied for 60K miles. I've used other tires but always come back to Nitto.

I had a pair of brand new Nitto's on my ST when I bought it. They were okay. However, my Conti's outperfom them in every aspect.

I've never used them so I can't argue one way or another. Looking strictly at the cost of ownership, your tires would cost me $177 more than mine. The tires are about $37 more each and only rated for 50K miles, instead of 60. I NEVER get the warranted mileage from any tire so I always end up making a mileage claim when I buy new tires.

Falken Ziex seem to handle pretty well and look to eventually upgrade to a mean looking threaded tire. :)

Falken Azenis.
