im about to get tokicos, eibachs, and poly bushings for my sho and before i have them installed im wondering: with the new lowering rate of the springs and the stiffness of the tokicos will i need to have the camber rate changed or will the effects be too minimal to warrant a change? i dont want to get a new suspension just to have it mess my tires up.

also, after i get these im either getting anti-sway bars or subframe connectors, which would you guys recommend?

The camber will definitely change, by how much I do not know. SHO Shop sells a camber kit, it's a set of plates I believe. Between ASB's and SFC's, I'd go with the connectors, since your car will get a more noticable improvement in handling.

Mine this year:

Eibachs, $260
Tokicos, $500
SP Motorsports

Subframe Connectors: $65
Spoolit (under the "where are they now files..."

Front 24mm ASB (not used yet), Rear 26mm ASB - eBay I think, $140?

Poly ASB bushings, front & rear $30 (both or per set, not sure)
Rear endlink kits (2), $14 ea.
SP Motorsports

Front & Rear STBs, $200, Kev "LSC Power, dude!" Schofield

That's about the $1220 ballpark for everything, less labor for the springs & struts, and the $40 to weld in the connectors.

a friend of mine is sellin the eibachs for 165, tokicos for 450, and bushings for 50. all never used. he had a sho, gave it to his bro, who then blew the engine while tweaking it so the suspension never got used and now im pickin it up.

forcefedperformance.com has tokicos for 125 a piece.

Man, Fred, who's welding them in for $40?

I had two shops quote me on it. One is run by a friend of mine who does SFCs for mustangs. He said it's a piece of cake but to do it properly with a series of hot tack welds, plus surface prep to remove the undercoating, plus painting and undercoating he quoted three hours.

I suppose if you have a wire wheel and can clean up the undercoating yourself...

My Tokicos were $80 apiece a year ago. The eibachs were $230. Rear 26mm bar was $50. SFCs will be about $40 for the connectors, and .. $140-160 to get them installed.
