timming setup

hey guys im in the middle of atx to mtx swap and im useing the 3.0 timming internals with 3.0 intake cams. now should i time it as a 3.0 or 3.2

But always re-check the alignements of the dots (cams and crank) , dont use the timing belt marks as if they were the only reliable source for making it right the first time.
