Timing chain tensioner

Hi, im looking for the timing chain tensioners for the right and left bank for a 3.0. It looks like the black pads the chain rides on are wore out. It makes a noise that sounds like a diesel idling, if anyone has some or knows where to get them let me know i would appreciate it.
