Timing belt

Hi, I think i have to do a timing belt on my car it has 140k and all i know is it has had its 60k done and i dont know what else. The reason i think it needs a belt and tensonors because there is a wierd sound coming from the belt area and i did remove both surp belts and the noise is still there. Now how hard because i am planing on doing this myself and how much for all the parts and if you could tell me what iam going to need and would should be changed to get this done right and please any advice would be great.

How long ago did it have a 60K done? Usually replacing the timing belt is part of the service. Did you check the timing belt tensioner? SOmetimes they go bad and can start making noises. What kind of sound is it? My belt made a slapping sound when it wasn't tensioned properly.
