Timing belt

Hey How hard is it really to change a timing belt on a 3.2??? is it hard??? or is it juts long and takes forever. shoitoff95's car (my brother) decided to stop runnig. and we have come to beleive that the timing belt is just like totally worn out to the point it won't run. so i need to know how hard it is to replace. thanx

with all the tools and parts it took me about 8 hours the first time with the water pump and CPS change also (which you may as well do if your in there)
