I knew I should have taken it out... the silver wheel that has a spring behind it that the timing belt rolls on is off of the engine. The engine is on a stand so any work is pretty easy. However I can't for the life of me figure out how to reinstall the dang thing. I noticed that as you spin it changes where it sits due to the offset bolt on it, but I'm really at a loss as to where to install the spring on it and where the final resting place needs to be.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Also, is "tensioner" the correct term?

Ah, the same thing happened to me. Do a search under my name with timing belt tensioner and you can relive my ordeal when mine came off.

Yeah, I couldn't find it either under my name. But I remember Nick helped me out, so a quick search under xpnsiv93 came up w/ this. And it includes a picture of my hand. click me... Hope it helps. :thumb:
