timing belt broke are my valves toast?

:woo-hoo:cam timing belt broke ,is this motor a zero tolerance engine ,or just time it n put on a new belt,when this happened on my 3.4 pontiac 4 valve i had to put on new heads. if this is the case anyone got a nice gen 2 for sale. any help please? :thankyou:

correct non-interference motor

unless you're packing +40 cams, just reset the timing, put a good belt on it, and carry on. the V6 is a non interference engine.

+2 or whatever. The engine is fine. Slap a new belt on there and let 'er rip. One of the many nice things about this motor!
