does anyone have any ideas on how to put my car back in time...

What'd you do to it to make it out of time?

idk I replaced and gapped the crank sensor and cam sensor. I have air fuel and spark so the only other thing I could think of

Put your old cam sensor back on and try it again.

Did you happen to remove the spark plug wires at any point? I had the same issue when I did my 60k and the damn manual is wrong, the spark plug routing is not correct. The sticky on this website is the correct spark plug wire routing.
