Hit the the track again.

Best time of the day. A freaking 14.38@97mph 2.11 60'........AGAIN. :nut:
14.5@96(dad)
and a 14.7 and 14.5@96
Also the pro-M80mm maf was installed this time. The stock maf had the best time ever though. weird
4 runs total (2 me 2 father) all 60 were 2.1 except one 2.25 with me driving. But we ran into a problem. First was traction, now the clutch can't take the slicks I get for her. Brand new CM stage 1 too. Got to give it a good rating. This is atleast its 25th run down the track and with street tires it grabs GREAT. It is a great sreet/light duty strip clutch. Just no slicks for it.:)

Everytime the car launches it goes then the RPM go back down. The clutch it just barely slipping. not enough to just spin but not enough grip too spin the slicks with 100% of the power. Yea time to upgrade with a stage 3 or something better:evilgrin:

What RPM were you launching at this time? Maybe try increasing the tire pressure so that the slicks don't grip quite as hard?

The first 2 runs were at 18psi and launching around 4800-5000. It had great kick but then it slipped. The second runs were at 24psi and I lauched at 4800 and the wheels spun for a sec then stuck. (2.25 that time) The last run lauched at 4100 and was the best time but not the best 60 IIRC it was a high 2.1 compared to the 2.10 that it would get at higher lauches. The 60' would be alot better if the clutch didn't slip

If I go again (likely) I will maybe pump the slicks up to 26-28 psi and see how the clutch fairs. If it still slips than there nothing I can do. The only thing is with the psi going up it will more likely have wheel hop.
