Ok.. here's my thinking... get a SLO rack, pull out the stops in my rack... and get to work on this thing...

Now I cant really find the hoses that I want, well today anyway... but I want to make sure I'm not forgetting anything. There are 2 molded hoses that I can find. One is the pressure line, pump to rack I assume... and another rack to cooler. Now going from the cooler to the resivour is 3/8th nitrle hose? And resivour to pump is a peice of 5/8 right? And can I "cut up" the old return and use bulk hose and clamps, to make a "new" one.

And now that I'm thinking about it... can't I do the whole thing with bulk hose except for say the pressure line going from pump to rack? And if so, how much would I need to be on the safe side? I'd probally re route em so they stay off the exhaust if I have a chance to play with it.

You need the new high pressure hose. There is no point in buying a new low pressure (rack to cooler) hose unless the metal portion of the one you have is damaged. You can reuse the metal portion; just replace the rubber portion with bulk PS hose and a clamp. Cooler to reservoir is bulk PS hose. IIRC, I got the bulk hose at AZ.

I was thinking that would work... I can't remember what it looked like off hand. I did the same thing with the Malibu a few months ago... I could get the pressure hose, but not the return, and ended up using hose and a clamp. I wonder if I can't just take the peice into this place here in town and they can fab me up a new pressure hose. :) Might be cheaper... who knows..
