I believe they are around $20 bucks for the moog greasable ones, however its been awhile since I replaced one. You can get them at your local jobber. The place that put on your tires probably will do these as well. ;)

Okay, so how hard would it be for me to replace my inner and outer tie rods? I believe the outer ones will take me under 1 hour using SHO Pheonix Write-up...but I heard nothing about the inner.

I believe the earlier response was referring to the outer tie rod ends and not the inner tie rod end (or simply the tie rod itself). The inner portion includes the nut and tie rod with the ball joint at the inside end and the threaded outside end.

You can get the Moog EV127 tie rod for $26 each from most local auto parts stores (I checked with O'Reilly as I wrote this response). The Moog ES2513RL greaseable outer rod ends are $27 each.

You will also need to borrow the tie rod tool from the parts store to loosen and tighten the inner nut. The Moog rod included installation instructions. After replacing the tie rod and reinstalling the rod end, you will need the toe-in reset.

as long as they are greaseable i'd say they are alright. and if you want to put off an alignment for a little bit, just count the number of turns it take to take the outer off then turn the new one on that many turns. i believe you can do the same thing with innner.
