I've been having a problem with my Superchip installed so I pulled it out.. Now I've been noticing some power output problems with the chip out... hard to define but it seems to have little dips of power through the power band. I don't think it's water/oil in the plug wells since I have new gaskets (I'll check this weekend though). Replaced the TPS a few weeks ago "just in case" and note the laundry list of stuff in my .sig that was replaced.

Is there anything else that I can check or replace that I haven't thought of yet? What about the DPFE? The power fluctuations seem to be around when the secondaries open up so perhaps the vac lines that operate the secondaries? I defenitly hear them openening with the chip out but with the chip in, they don't seem to open.

Well first did you reset the computer after you removed the chip? Check the plug wells and the gaps of the spark plugs. They really expand quickly with "spirited" driving. My car was accelerating poorly last week. I changed the plugs and now it runs great again. The thing is I think they only had 10k on them. I think with the lpm maybe it was running rich (or maybe it was "spirited" driving)and developed carbon deposits faster. Also, clean the cleanable sensors since it's cheap and couldn't hurt. Then check back and see where to go from there. There is a way to check/adjust the tps with a meter but I haven't tried it yet.
