Because I already have an 80mm MAF and the exhaust is already opened up really nicely. Im planning on BBBs and some other intake work.

considering there are many cars making well in excess of 350whp with the stock throttle body, the money could probably be better spent elsewhere. however, if you're very serious about this, phoenix on here has adapted a mustang throttle body to his SHO...talk to him.

The intake manifold throat is roughly 69mm, so around 70mm is going to be your best bet. You could maybe utilize a 70mm if the intake and exhaust were flowing enough, but your gains will probably only be around peak power, maybe a horse or two. Plus, your throttle response will be touchy changing drive-ability which you can get used too but may not like?

What type of exhaust mods?

It is not really worth it. I know the SHO Shop was saying their large bore TB only net 5hp on a S/C car.

Its not that much for HP , it's the throttle response that really improves here. I mean , really.....

And my bad its not a 80 , its a 75mm. I got so much stuff in there I tend to forget things.

Yeah, I know power would only increase a little, I was looking for throttle response.

Power increase is minimal, but throttle response is much better. Ignore people who tell you it's a worthless mod. I did a group buy on them and had 25 made a year or so back. All I did was have the stocker bored out and I know some people who bring it to 70mm but I wanted to stay safe so I only had mine bored to 69. I have since sold all of those but you can probably have it done at a local shop or if there are a bunch of people I would have no problem running one again.

I was thinking of making a pipe with a "******" on one side with the manifold opened up as much as possible. Then another "******" on the othe end with biggest throttle body possible.

W/E you do don't **** intake velocity. I kept the 69 for a few reasons but it went from about 71 and tapered down to 69 keeping that velocity increase alive. Go to big without a taper or just flat out to big in general and you might lose power, just keep that in mind;)
