third brake light is out! :(

the third brakelight on the spoiler for gen2 is LED right? anyways mine is out and I was wondering if they are removable. I checked the wiring and it looks to be OK. do I just need a new LED unit? cause I thought LEDs are individually connected to the power source so the whole bar wouldnt all go out at once. any ideas?

People have told me you can buy the LED's from radio shack and just sodder each individual one in because I have about 5-10 at are out.

And yes your right the whole unit shouldnt go out at once.

I have just one led out on mine!! And it ****** me off. I took my wing off one day just to look in there. And i was going to tighting the wing down because of my system. But when i was looking at it. You would have to either cut the wires and then take the whole led out and then play with it. I am going to do it some time . But i have bigger things on my list to fix first.

Did you JUST notice the whole led was out? Mine went out but it was because the wing had been removed at some point before I bout it and when the put it back on the did no reconnect the unit. Check that out...worth a shot

I just noticed mine isnt working either.I was going to open mine up and fix it but a soon as I seen all the glue that kept it explosion proof eek! I said the **** with it I'll just purchase another but good luck whom ever attempts to fix theirs thumbs_u
