I have found most people think I'm a Cop, so they slow down and drive very cautious.

On the other hand the Cops think I'm a Cop so they wave, and usually don't give me a second look.

People tend to drive below the speed limit, and make erratic maneuvers. It is funny sometimes, but can become very annoying on the highway.

The 2013+ have black grilles, they are different but not much. From a rear view perspective, most wont question it.

Yes, and yes!

In my state, the Highway Patrol drive white Police Interceptors so I can totally relate!

I can totally relate. Try it with 2 spotlights, mirror lights, and wearing a uniform! I hate the little speedo in my car, I can't tell how fast I'm going most of the time and 80 seems about right. There's a TSB that updates the display to show vehicle speed in the center for PI cars which I plan to have done at some point soon. But I digress, it is a curious thing that people slow down but never think to move over.

OP. I know exactly what you're talking about. Especially driving at night.

One experience was a car in my rear view was moving up pretty quickly. I was driving @ 55, thought he was going to pass me but, no, he stayed right at my rear corner panel. So I decided to slow down to see if he would match my speed. Sure enough lol we were doing 45 before I waved him to pass.

Put "R3VO 3VOM" sticker on windshield over rear view mirror, doesn't need to be big, problem solved.

Ha, get same thing. Colorado State Patrol vehicles are silver and people think my SHO looks like the fuzz when coming up on them.

I kinda like it. I was late for the NASCAR race at Sonoma Raceway and driving way too fast. Blew right past a CHP. Dude didn't even react.

Oh wait there Tommy Boy...... You mean something like this perhaps???

Ha! Those were good times we had that day my friend.

But alas, even this fine young Trooper acknowledged he wouldn't dare want to test his State provided squad against my beastly built SHO.....

Remember...... there's an upside, and a downside, to nearly all aspects of life.

How one navigates those challenges, will dictate not only the outcomes and experiences had, but also the memories created therein.

I have passed a few going a lil over the posted limit and get waved at. (lets just say I found out, mine didn't have a electronically limited speed, before I tuned it)
I wave back of course.

I have done this just to ,mess with people , it amazes how bad people drive when they think a cop is behind them.
