The squeak from ****!

hey guys I just installed new gauge faces a couple of weeks ago and ever since I have been getting a horrible squeak from the dash on the drivers side. Its just like the one you get from the passenger seat headrest just much more intense. Ive taken the dash apart 4 times to no avail! If you have any ideas im all ears I have to crank the stereo so i dont have to hear it and i mean crank it!

Ive narrowed it down a bit its none of the dash peices I took out. Under the metal cover under the steering wheel there is that metal brace. everytime I hit it it causes it, but It all seems to be tight.

So after ripping the dash out 6 times and driving it around to test it almost everytime and wanting to burn the car it turns out it was the bloody fuse panel! Ofcourse I didnt have to take a single bolt out to fix it.
