Yes, but then you have to stop all of that extra rotational mass of the wheels, so it pretty much cancels a lot of the additional stoping power out and just adds static weight, slowing accel and hurting handling.

I just did some quick research on Tirerack.com and pretty much every 22" wheel is at least 40lbs, where you can get a 20" Forged BBS wheel (the largest diamter they make I believe) which weighs only 22.5lbs (referring ot the RS-GT). That's almost half and you could still put pretty big binders on there. Doesn't the Enzo/ZR1 Carbon Ceramic Brembo brakes fit inside of a 20" wheel on those cars?

90% of the people could care less. And since it ways a damn 2 tons anyways, the looks out-weigh the wieght...literally.

That car looks freaking awesome. Totally changes the car and IMO makes it look super-classy. reminded me of a 7 series when I glance at it. The way it sits and the lines go perfectly. I like it more than the SHO wheels.

i'm not sure i see 7 series, but i am seeing a lot of room in the back for certain recreational activities.

now it all makes sense why they have heated rear seats and the rear sunshade.....just why didnt they make the back multi-contour as well? :)
