For plugs I went with Ford parts and ordered them in from the dealers. The plug wires I went to www.rockauto.com and bought the AC delco wires for 33 bucks or so to use. I hear they work well and are a 1/3 the cost of the Ford replacements.

I found that ford sparkplugs and wires worked best for me. I purchased them here:

http://www.fordpartsnetwork.com/

The SHO already has a cold air intake. I would remove the silencer horn and install a K&N. If you have oil in the sparkplug wells, the 60k maintenance most likely needs to be performed.

Some more good info on the SHO here:

Have it checked out

I would take the car to someone who knows SHOs and have them check it out. See if the 60K was done. Check for codes, ect. I bought a 1995 SHO MTX that I thought was a great deal. It had 80,000 miles on it and looked great. Found out later that it was not in great shape at all. I just put more into fixing up the car than I bought it for and still have a few things left to do. SHOTimes.com lists a shop in your area as being good:

Bob Schickler- Owner
Brunswick Automotive Professionals
1490 Rt 1 North
North Brunswick, NJ 08902
(732) 545-6300 http://www.brunswickautopros.com

You may want them to look over your SHO before you think about any mods.
I am at the point of no return with my car now. I'v spent more money on it then I could ever hope to get back by selling it. But hay, I love the car.
