So while replacing the alt/ac belt, I noticed there are only two bolts holding the bracket. The third (which is on the top and towards the rear) has a hole in the bracket but there is no place for it to thread into. There is a water pump bolt close to the hole, but not exactly lined up. I'm thinking I might be missing a bracket or something. Any advice or insight would be appreciated. Thanks, David.

But there's no where for a bolt to thread into behind the bracket. I'm thinking it may have the wrong water pump.

How many threaded holes are on your water pump? Do you have an inspection mirror the ensure that things are all lined up properly?

I'll check tomorrow, I do have an inspection mirror. I pulled the bracket off and there was nothing anywhere close that a bolt could thread into.
